To secure your date, we require:

The remaining balance is due 14 days prior to your event.
Events booked within 14 days require full payment at booking.

A travel fee may apply for events outside of our standard service area.

Clients typically provide ice and non-alcoholic beverages. Boot Scootin’ Boozy may be able to supply these items upon request for an additional charge, calculated based on guest count. Requests are subject to availability and event specific considerations and are not guaranteed.

No, due to Arizona laws, we do not provide alcohol. The client is responsible for purchasing all alcohol. We’re happy to provide a detailed shopping list based on your selected package.

We recommend:
• 1 bartender per 75 guests
Additional bartenders may be required for larger events to ensure smooth and timely service.

We totally understand that sometimes plans change! Because your event date is reserved specifically for you, the 50% retainer paid at booking is non-refundable.
If you need to cancel 15 days or more before your event, you will forfeit your retainer, but no additional payment will be due.
Cancellations made within 14 days of your event require payment of the full contracted amount.

Absolutely! We’ll do our best to work with you. Rescheduling requests must be made at least 30 days before your original event date and are subject to Boot Scootin’ Boozy’s availability.
If we are available for your new date, your existing retainer can be applied to the rescheduled event. If we’re unable to accommodate the new date, the original retainer remains non-refundable.

Yes! Boot Scootin’ Boozy is Arizona Title 4 trained, and all bartending services are provided in accordance with Arizona liquor laws and responsible alcohol service practices. We also maintain current food handler certification for safe handling of garnishes, mixers, and other bar ingredients.

Yes! Boot Scootin’ Boozy LLC is fully licensed and insured to provide mobile bartending services. Proof of insurance can also be provided to your venue upon request.

Gratuity is not included in package pricing. Clients may choose to allow guest tipping at the bar or provide gratuity directly. We’re happy to discuss what works best for your event!

No. Boot Scootin’ Boozy is a dry-hire service, so alcohol is purchased by the host. We’ll provide a shopping list with exactly what you need based on your cocktail selections and group size.

For groups of 4–8, we provide the bar tools, glassware, ice, fresh cocktail ingredients and everything needed for the hands-on portion of your class. You’ll just provide the alcohol based on the shopping list we send ahead of time.
For groups of 9 or more, we’ll provide a detailed shopping and prep list so you know exactly what to have ready, including bar tools, glassware, ice, alcohol and cocktail ingredients.
Bar tools, glassware, ice and cocktail ingredients can also be provided for larger groups for an additional charge.

Classes have a 4 person minimum. Groups of 9–16 receive our large group class format and pricing, and groups of 17+ are quoted individually.

Yes. All cocktail class participants must be 21 or older. Valid ID may be required.

Absolutely! Cocktail selections are finalized ahead of your event so we can prepare your recipes and class materials specifically for your group.

Yes. Custom cocktail development starts at $200 and is tailored to your concept and bar program.

Yes! We offer hands on staff training tailored to your bar, menu and team. Training starts at $500, with custom pricing available for larger or more involved sessions.
